Governor of Penang Birthday. A grand parade are held at the Esplanade and Dewan Sri Pinang during this period to commemorate his Excellency birthday.

Penang Bon Odori Charity Carnival at Esplanade (Padang Kota Lama). A traditional Japanese festival with dance and drum performances held to welcome the homecoming of ancestral spirit. This exciting Penang events is also held to expose locals to part of Japanese culture. There will be variety of Japanese food & drinks serve to all guest couple with some art and dance events.
